SDRC Menu

Dinner is served in the Skyline Terrace Dining Room every evening and consists of a three course, plated meal. Meals served with bread, dessert and beverage. Meal tickets are $10, meal plans available.

Roasted turkey with gravy, sweet potatoes, steamed broccoli, baked apples

Monday
Salisbury steak, macaroni and cheese, sauteed zucchini

Tuesday
Fried chicken, mashed potoates with gravy, cucumbers and onions

Wednesday
Vegetable soup, chicken wrap, chips

Thursday
Roasted pork loin with gravy, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, baked apples

Friday
Baked cod fish, roasted cauliflower au gratin, harvard beets, coleslaw

Saturday
Lasagna, side salad, garlic bread
